Summary

The postgresql-docs package includes the SGML source for the documentation as well as the documentation in PDF format and some extra documentation. Install this package if you want to help with the PostgreSQL documentation project, or if you want to generate printed documentation.

- Assign %{_libdir}/pgsql to base package instead of -server (bug #74003)
- Put regression tests under /usr/lib64 on 64-bit archs, since .so files
  are not architecture-independent.
