abrt - Automatic bug detection and reporting tool

Description:

abrt is a tool to help users to detect defects in applications and
to create a bug report with all informations needed by maintainer to fix it.
It uses plugin system to extend its functionality.

Packages

- removed sos-1.9 support as it's not in the trees yet
- removed hardcoded repository name "rhel-debuginfo" in debuginfo install
- and enabled the debuginfo install by default
- Resolves: #579038
